Having an exercise program in place is always beneficial even if you're not the healthiest of eaters. When choosing the clean eating lifestyle, exercise goes hand-in-hand with weight loss and overall better health. If you have started to eat clean to shed excess pounds, then you may be interested in the types of exercises that will burn a lot of fat. Cardio and lifting weights can be excellent forms of exercise but one of my favorite workouts are HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) routines.
