Ginger Tea Recipe – My New Favorite Drink

ADVERTISEMENTS

My new favorite drink is ginger tea made from scratch. I only wished I had tried making this last week because I was fighting a cold and ginger tea is supposed to help minimize cold symptoms. It is strong in flavor but it's very delicious with some honey. Ginger also helps with nausea, digestive problems, circulation and arthritis.

Here is a video on how to make ginger tea yourself. It's really easy and if you are a fan of ginger, you will love it.

Thanks for the great post. I am sitting here at work..feeling as if I am fighting a cold or some bug. Nausea has set in and I am counting down the hours until I can get home and make myself a cup of this ginger tea!

Only one problem – it is very unhealthy use honey with very hot drink. Honey can do the best only, if drink is not more than 45C.
