I LOVE kefir. It's fantastic stuff. I've never seen this brand before, but I drink it all the time.

I usually make my protein shakes with it because I haven't found a protein powder yet that I really like. This way, I know I'm getting some good, vegetarian protein in my diet. I usually blend with fruit. Wonderful stuff!

I've been drinking about 3-4 ounces of kefir almost daily for about 7 months now. I haven't noticed any change in my digestion but I wasn't having any problems with it. I also know kefir is supposed to support immune function and I haven't been sick a day either, but, I don't get sick often. I will still keep drinking it and someday I'll move into making my own as that is an even healthier choice.
