		<description>I&#039;ve gotten into the habit of dropping 6 green tea bags (string and tag removed) into my gallon jug before I fill it at night with fresh spring water from my tap...the n I run out to my basil plants and snip a handful or so of leaves, run back in and stuff them into the jug  before replacing the cover...I put it in the fridge, and take it with me to work the next day.  I read somewhere that basil acts as a nerve tonic, and that&#039;s great- but I really have gotten to love the fresh essence of this concoction!  I&#039;ve even pored it over ice with sparkling water as a &quot;cocktail&quot;!</description>
