		<description>There is no reason to cut out bread.  Perhaps try some live grains instead as they don&#039;t induce spikes in insulin (better than whole wheat).  I switched and have not looked back.  I also control my portions by having one slice of bread for my sandwich.  It cuts the calories.</description>

		<description>Since reading about that small fat about the Mediterranean diet, I pretty much switch to olive oil for most of my cooking.  I&#039;ve also replace olive oil with butter for eating my bread.  Now if only I can stop eating bread...</description>
