		<description>As a child I remember our chickens laying bluish and greenish eggs too.  I was so happy when my CSA egg share had a pale blue egg in it last week.  It took me back to my childhood.  

While it may be purely psychological, I enjoy the CSA eggs a lot more than supermarket eggs.  They taste a lot better.</description>

		<description>Great post.  It&#039;s not just eggs either.  Everytime I go shopping in my local supermarket there are so many different ranges of almost every food product.  For example, last time I purchased a loaf of bread there were multiple varieties including fibre boost, extra grain, vitamin enriched bread and more.  All these additional varieties seem to have just crept out of nowhere.</description>
