I'm new to this too...just started about 4 days ago. My biggest problem is sugar, really. I have a 14 month old and I used sugar to keep me going with the sleep deprivation. I'm not overweight, but not down to where I would like to be. Plus I was feeling like crap. Over the last 4 days, I've had sugar in my coffee, but that's it. Problem is, I drink a lot of coffee and I can't stomach it black.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to learning more!

Hi.

I'm new to this clean eating stuff. I'm facinated by it, but am having a hard time making the day-to-day changes.

I'm curious about stuff like "I can't believe it's not butter". There is no fat in the spray. Is that considered clean eating? Judging by the ingredients, I'd say no. But what other "fats" can you use to cook omletts in the morning that won't add the pounds?

Thanks
