		<description>I wake up at 4 am to do cardio for 2 hours everyday, and my favorite pre-workout meal is a packet of regular instant oatmeal made with low-fat milk and 1/4 cup of blueberries.  It&#039;s easy, quick, sustaining and filling.  Then for a post-workout meal, I make myself an omelet with 1 scrambled egg, chopped tomato, onion, jalapeno, cilantro, seasoned with garlic pepper and a thin slice of grilled turkey.  I&#039;ll eat that with a slice of whole grain bread and red salsa, and it&#039;s sooo delicious!  So in a sense I eat two breakfasts, but when I do, I notice I don&#039;t experience any cravings or hunger whatsoever throughout the whole day which really helps with my weight loss goals.
